Overview
MySFContractor ("we," "us," "our") operates www.mysfcontractor.com. This page explains what information the site collects when you visit it or use the estimate request form, and how that information is used. We don't sell personal information.
Information We Collect
When you submit the "Request a Free Estimate" form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, phone number, project type, and any project details you type in. This information is sent to our team by email so we can follow up with you. We don't require you to create an account, and we don't collect this information through any other means on the site.
When you submit a lead form through our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the information you enter: your name, phone number, email, zip code, and your answers about your project (such as project type, budget range, timeline, and estimate preference). Meta collects this information under its own privacy policy and shares it with us so we can contact you about your project.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your estimate request and follow up about your project by phone, text, or email. We may occasionally contact you about scheduling availability or offers related to your project. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, including by replying STOP to any text message. We don't sell your information or share it with third parties except the service providers listed below.
Third-Party Services We Use
This site relies on a handful of outside services to function:
- Web3Forms, which delivers estimate request form submissions to our email inbox
- Google Fonts, which loads the typefaces used on this site
- Matterport, which powers the virtual tour embedded on this site
- Elfsight, which displays our Google reviews on this site
- Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrived
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which measures how our ads perform and helps show them to people likely to be interested
Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy, and may load small amounts of technical data (like your browser type) needed to display correctly. We don't control how these third parties handle that data beyond what's described in their own policies.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies to measure visits, see how people find and use our pages, and measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. This data is reported to us in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. Some of the embedded services above (such as the virtual tour or reviews widget) may set their own limited technical cookies to function correctly, consistent with their own privacy policies.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted through this site, or have any questions about how your information is handled, contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
